We currently have expanded to the agriculture industry maintaining the recycling of our natural resources by providing value to waste from the oil palm sector. Palm Kernel Cakes, once upon a time, a waste that was thrown has been tested to have the nutritional contents suitable for animal feed.

Our PKC has been tested by the Department of Chemistry of Malaysia, and the lab tests have proven to contain high protein values and free of Aflatoxins, E.Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus and Salmonella, that could be harmful to animal growth. (see appendix 4 for the complete lab test report on our PKC)

A Universiti Sains Malaysia researcher has turned palm fibre into Malaysia’s first fibre based soil protective layer to prevent landslides.

PALM FIBRE AS SOIL PROTECTIVE LAYER, FURNITURE & MATRESS STUFFING & ROPE MAKING.

Characteristically, Palm Fibre also know as Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) fibres are clean, biodegradable and compatible than many other fibres from other wood species. EFB fibres are suitable for the manufacture of mattress, car seats, insulation, composite panel products and particle boards. The choice and selection of fibre length is very much dependant on the nature of the manufactured product. For example, long fibre length is suitable for mattress and short fibre makes excellent particle board.

The fiber is produced from high grade, fresh palm materials that are processed within 2 days of harvest. It goes through a natural, toxic-free process keeping the fiber clean and dirtless, producing a beautiful golden brown color.

Palm fiber is a superior substitute to coconut fiber due to its strong bond that are commonly used in making mattress and cushion production, rope manufacturing, rugs and carpets production, erosion control, soil stabilization, compaction, landscaping and horticulture, ceramic and brick manufacturing, thermoplastic filler, flat board manufacturing, paper production, acoustics control, livestock care, compost, fertilizer, animal feed, and many others.
